AWHO Gurjender Vihar is a cluster of more than 3000 dwelling units. It is located in the outer part of the city. Families are hasitant to live there. Local conveyance is not available there. Market inside the AWHO is vacant due to certain reasons, only one small shop is running.
All the new apartments are firstly occupied by students, then by bachalors, then by financially poor families and in the last by those people for whom these flats are meant for. Family moves in new apartments after looking the other people living there. As well as percentage of family increases the rent increases and students move out to some other cheaper locations. Gradually the families dominate the society and students phased-out. This is the process in each society.
We have given number of flats to students. Thanks God, our clients have no complaints from them. We have developed certain systems and procedures in leasing out the property to Student. It is safe, profitable and tension-free.
The STUDENTS should be allowed to live in AWHO society by observing certains desciplinary norms. It is in the interest of owner of AWHO flats. There is no logic to keep these flats vacant for years and lose the rentals.
