How to improve the economy of States in the light of Corona disaster

Following measures should be taken on priority to improve the economy of States by all the Governments:

- Identify the poor people. Then identify the activities which are necessary for State, which may increase production, etc. Now engage those people in such  development work or production. The poor people are really need our help and at the same time we should strictly avoid Freebie/Muftkhori. This money spent by State will help poor and increase productivity of the State.

- The poor people will rush to market for their bread and butter once they get the money. Natural demand will generate and production unit will start working to meet the demand. All the channels will activate such as raw material producer, raw material supplier, packaging, marketing team, transport, retails etc. Economy will start in real terms.

- Let the funds move from bottom to top. At all level, people get engaged in economic activities. If we put State funds with top industrialist, it may or may not go to the bottom. But, if we put this money in the hands of poor and lower income group, it will definitely move upwards. The money has a beautiful power; it enriches all the hands  through which it passes.

- State should stop all the projects which are unproductive and meant for glorification of State infrastructure. 

- We can start plantation work on both sides of NH, State highway, other roads. Monsoon is approaching. Cost incurred is plantation is minimal and benefits are endless. Returns on Investment (RoI) is very high even in terms of money. Other benefits may be like climate, fruits production, etc. We may use these plantation belt as job generations. Small- small patches can be allotted to landless labour on Maintain and Gain basis. Maintain the trees planted and grow vegetable on those land for self.

- Making of roads, cleaning of canals, renovation of hospitals etc. can be done.

- Clean and hygiene living is top priority after Corona. Cleaning and maintenance of   city, town, villages may be started to give employment to poor people.

- We can engage poor people in maintenance work of all the basic necessities. 

- Ease of doing business is very important aspect to revive the industries. Once a demand will generate, the industry must be equipped with Man, Money, Machine, Material. And, above all, best management support from Government. We can start single window system for businessman and industrialist in 'letter & spirit'.

- Keep an eye on companies coming out of China or new industries in pipeline to be established. Select electronics and medical as thrust area.

- Last but not least, promote organic agriculture at state cost. It is cheaper to cultivate in long run, high selling price and good for mankind.
